Siachoque was born in Bogotá, Colombia to Felix Siachoque and Blanca Gaete.

Siachoque has appeared in Telemundo produced serials such as La Casa de al Lado, "¿Dónde Está Elisa?", "Pecados Ajenos", "Tierra de Pasiones", "Te Voy a Enseñar a Querer", "La Venganza", "Amantes del Desierto" and in TV series "Decisiones". She also played the role of Doña Hilda de Santana in Telemundo's telenovela "Sin Senos no hay Paraíso". In 2010 she played lead role Cecilia Altamira in Telemundo's telenovela "¿Dónde Está Elisa?". In 2011 she plays the lead role in Telemundo's telenovela La Casa de al Lado alongside Miguel Varoni, Maritza Rodríguez, her Dónde Está Elisa co-star Gabriel Porras, and Karla Monroig.
